・以下からご希望のサービスと目的を選択した上で、カレンダーの日時を選択ください。 ・予約は、9:30～11:30、13:15～16:15の内、15分毎の枠で承ります。 ・ご家族の場合も、一つの予約枠のみ選択ください。 ・３週間先までの期間で、「○」と表示された時間付が選択可能です。予約が定員に達した場合，表示は「×」となり選択できません。 ・申請と交付を同時に希望する場合は「申請」窓口を予約し、窓口で交付のご希望をあわせてお知らせください。 ・入力したメールアドレスに予約確認メールが届きます。ご来館時に予約番号をお持ちください。 ・Please select your desired service from the options below, then choose a date and time from the calendar. ・Appointments are available in 15-minute slots between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, and 1:15 PM and 4:15 PM. ・For families, please select only one appointment slot.  ・If you wish to apply and receive your document at the same time, book the “Application” window and inform the staff at the counter that you also wish to receive your document. ・A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
