【避難訓練のお知らせ】 10月28日（水）、当館が所在するビルにおいてロサンゼルス市消防法に基づくビル避難訓練が実施されます。訓練実施時には、来館者の皆さまを含め、ビル内にいる全員に訓練への参加が義務付けられております。また、訓練時は非常階段を使用します。このため、足腰に不安のある方は、別の日程でのご予約をおすすめいたします。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。 【Evacuation Drill Notice】 In accordance with the Los Angeles Fire Code, a building-wide evacuation drill will take place on Wednesday, October 28. During the drill, participation is mandatory for all occupants, including visitors. The drill will require the use of emergency stairways. If you have concerns about mobility or difficulty using stairs, we recommend scheduling your appointment for a different date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ・以下からご希望のサービスと目的を選択した上で、カレンダーの日時を選択ください。 ・予約は、9:30～11:30、13:15～16:15の内、15分毎の枠で承ります。 ・ご家族の場合も、一つの予約枠のみ選択ください。 ・３週間先までの期間で、「○」と表示された時間付が選択可能です。予約が定員に達した場合，表示は「×」となり選択できません。 ・申請と交付を同時に希望する場合は「申請」窓口を予約し、窓口で交付のご希望をあわせてお知らせください。 ・入力したメールアドレスに予約確認メールが届きます。ご来館時に予約番号をお持ちください。 ・This is not for visa window appointments. ・Please select your desired service from the options below, then choose a date and time from the calendar. ・Appointments are available in 15-minute slots between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, and 1:15 PM and 4:15 PM. ・For families, please select only one appointment slot.  ・If you wish to apply and receive your document at the same time, book the “Application” window and inform the staff at the counter that you also wish to receive your document. ・A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
